At ASFC, we believe play is the best way to learn. We sharpen your child’s technical skills through exciting and playful drills that emphasise contact time with the ball, and interaction with others. We blend structured training with creative, game-based activities that not only foster skill development but also ignite a passion for the sport. WHO, WHEN & WHERE
Boys and Girls aged 7-10 years.
Every Monday and Wednesday from 3pm - 4pm starting September 1st.
Location: The Liam Rodgers Community Centre, Drinan, Swords.

Meet the coach
Ciarán Foy
With decades of involvement in football, including international caps at schoolboy level and competing at the top tiers in Irish football, Ciarán brings a wealth of experience and passion to the pitch.
Inspired by his own son’s enthusiasm for the game, he’s eager to get involved in coaching, driven by the belief that Irish kids need to spend more time with a football at their feet to truly flourish.
This conviction led to Ciarán establishing The After School Football Club, where he brings a focus onto the creative side of football - encouraging ingenuity, allowing kids to experiment freely, come up with creative solutions to in game problems and learn in a fun and safe environment.
His ultimate aim is nurture young players’ technical skills while igniting a lifelong enjoyment of the sport, helping them grow both on and off the pitch.
The Venue
I’m thrilled to be able to call The Liam Rodgers Community Centre the home of The After School Football Club.
The state of the art indoor sports hall provides the perfect environment for kids to train all year round, no matter the weather.
The high quality multi-sports flooring enhance performance and helps to reduce the risk of injury.
Overall, the entire facility creates an engaging and inspiring atmosphere for kids to develop their skills and nurture their passion for sport.
